Anti-Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement

avcox – Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
Last updated: 21 November 2025

avcox is committed to conducting its operations with the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and respect for human rights. Although we are a small aviation consultancy and are not legally required to publish a statement under the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018, or equivalent legislation, we voluntarily adopt these principles to reflect our values and global responsibility.

Our Commitment

We take a zero-tolerance approach to:

  • forced labour

  • human trafficking

  • child labour

  • servitude

  • debt bondage

  • coercive or exploitative labour practices

We expect the same commitment from all individuals and organizations we work with.

Our Business and Supply Chain

avcox provides aviation consultancy services and operates with a lean, professional supply chain primarily composed of:

  • independent consultants

  • software service providers

  • professional service firms

  • travel and logistical suppliers

Although our risk exposure is low due to the nature of our operations, we remain vigilant.

Risk Assessment and Due Diligence

We conduct due diligence on suppliers and partners proportional to our size and risk profile, including:

  • reviewing the ethical practices of key service providers

  • ensuring suppliers adhere to applicable labour and human-rights laws

  • monitoring for any indicators of modern slavery or trafficking

  • avoiding partnerships with entities operating in high-risk environments without appropriate safeguards

Policies and Standards

We maintain internal expectations that require:

  • ethical business conduct

  • compliance with all applicable labour, employment, and human-rights laws

  • refusal to engage in any business activities that may directly or indirectly support exploitation

If we identify any violation of these principles, we will take immediate and appropriate action, including termination of relationships.

Reporting Concerns

We encourage anyone working with or for avcox to report concerns related to modern slavery or human trafficking. Reports may be sent to:

Email: ncox@avcox.com

All concerns are treated seriously and handled confidentially.

Continuous Improvement

avcox reviews this statement annually and updates our approach to align with evolving best practices and global standards.
